Join our administrative team in Lincoln, NE as a Delivery Coordinator and work as part of the dedicated, knowledgeable, and friendly office staff creating solutions for grateful customers! The successful candidate possesses a demonstrated ability to support managers and other administrative employees with a variety of delivery related tasks.
- Work hours are Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm!

- Scheduling and coordinating deliveries from beginning to end
- Gathering detailed information from customers
- Answering questions and solving problems related to deliveries
- Tracking and ensuring equipment is accurately accounted for, handled, and delivered
- Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Conducting a final, pre-departure review of each delivery to ensure drivers have all necessary information and equipment to make a timely delivery and all customer expectations are met
- Performing various, light warehouse duties
- Interacting with customers and coworkers in a positive and professional manner
- Performing other related duties as assigned
- 1+ years of relevant experience in an administrative/office environment conducting warehouse related tasks (scheduling deliveries, receiving freight, conducting inventory, etc.)
- Great skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Manages time efficiently
- Ability to occasionally push/pull heavy equipment with assistance
- Current, non-restricted driver’s license and ability to maintain a clean driving record
