Local Businesses Need Better Tech Solutions.
You Could Be the One Selling Them.

B2B Solutions Consultant – Office Technology Sales

Capital Business Systems | Greeley, CO & Surrounding Territory | Full-Time

About the Role

Capital Business Systems has been helping businesses across Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, and New Mexico run more efficiently since 1982. We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused B2B Solutions Consultant to join our sales team and own a protected territory in the Greeley area.

This is an outside sales role focused on identifying business technology needs — managed print, document workflow, network services, and software solutions — and building long-term client relationships that deliver real results. If you're energized by getting in front of people, solving problems, and watching your income grow alongside your effort, this role is built for you.

Why Capital Business Systems?

We've been locally owned and operated since 1982 — that kind of track record doesn't happen by accident. At Capital Business Systems, you're not walking into a revolving door. You're joining a team that invests in your success from day one and gives you the tools to build something lasting.

  • Protected territory — Greeley and the surrounding areas are yours to develop and own
  • Guaranteed base salary — not a draw, not conditional; it's yours to keep
  • Uncapped commission — your earning potential grows as your territory does
  • $6,000 Launch Bonus — earn up to $6k in your first 6 months while you're learning the ropes
  • Real earning trajectory — average first-year reps bring home $50k–$65k; top performers hit $90k+ by year two
  • Full sales training program with clear milestones and ongoing coaching — we don't hand you a product sheet and wish you luck
  • A company that's still here — 40+ years serving local businesses across CO, WY, NE, and NM

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage a portfolio of local business accounts within your assigned territory
  • Prospect and cold call to identify technology gaps and generate new leads
  • Conduct needs assessments and prepare customized proposals and presentations
  • Negotiate and close contracts, leases, and service agreements
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM; follow up on all leads
  • Collaborate with service and support teams to ensure high client satisfaction
  • Track and report on territory activity, pipeline, and sales performance

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of outside or B2B sales experience (preferred, not required — we train)
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required — this is a field role)
  • Comfortable with technology and able to learn product/solution details quickly
  • Strong communicator — written, verbal, and in-person
  • Self-directed with solid time management and organizational habits
  • CRM experience a plus; proficiency in Microsoft Office required
  • High energy, goal-oriented, and motivated by results

What to Expect

  • Full sales training program with clear milestones
  • Ongoing coaching and support from your sales manager
  • A collaborative team environment with a 40+ year track record
  • Monday–Friday schedule with flexibility based on territory needs

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
