We’re hiring an Outside Sales Representative to take ownership of the Lincoln territory and help businesses improve how they operate through technology.

If you’re motivated, comfortable talking to people, and want a role where your income can grow based on your activity—this is a strong entry point into B2B sales or a solid next step if you already have experience.

You won’t be thrown in alone—we provide structured training, ongoing coaching, and a proven sales process to help you succeed.


What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage relationships with local businesses in your assigned territory
  • Generate new business through outreach, networking, and prospecting
  • Identify customer needs and recommend the right technology solutions (print, document workflow, and related services)
  • Prepare and present proposals to decision-makers
  • Close deals and grow a portfolio of long-term clients
  • Track activity and manage your pipeline using CRM tools
  • Work with internal support teams to ensure a strong customer experience

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Organized with good time management habits
  • Willingness to learn and apply a sales process
  • Comfortable using basic technology tools
Experience:
  • 1–3 years of sales experience is helpful, but not required
  • We’re open to entry-level candidates with the right attitude and work ethic

Other Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally within your territory
