We are looking for a professional, detail-oriented Administrative Delivery Coordinator to join our Lincoln, Nebraska team. What You’ll Do
As the Administrative Delivery Coordinator, you will help coordinate equipment deliveries and support the team throughout the delivery process. Your work will help ensure customers receive accurate, timely, and professional service.
Your typical responsibilities will include:
  • Scheduling and coordinating deliveries from beginning to end
  • Gathering detailed delivery information from customers
  • Answering questions and helping resolve delivery-related issues
  • Tracking equipment and ensuring it is accurately accounted for, handled, and delivered
  • Preparing and assisting with regularly scheduled reports
  • Reviewing each delivery before departure to make sure drivers have the correct information and equipment
  • Helping ensure customer expectations are met
  • Performing various light warehouse duties
  • Communicating with customers and coworkers in a positive, professional manner
  • Completing other related duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, professional, and comfortable managing details in a busy office environment. This role requires someone who can balance multiple priorities, communicate clearly, and take pride in doing work accurately.
Helpful experience and qualifications include:
  • At least 1 year of relevant administrative or office experience
  • Experience with delivery scheduling, receiving freight, inventory, or similar warehouse-related tasks
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Word and Excel
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to occasionally push or pull heavy equipment with assistance
  • Current, non-restricted driver’s license and ability to maintain a clean driving record
