What we’re looking for:
We are looking for an HR Administrator for our Fort Collins, CO office location.
You will work hand-in-hand with senior management to provide outstanding customer service to our employees within our ten different locations.
Our work hours are Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm! We strive to provide a healthy work/life balance for all of our employees.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Assist in recruitment and pre-employment strategies
- Be the first contact person for new hires and terminating team members
- Oversee HR administration plans such as the employee handbook
- Perform benefit administration, including open enrollment
- Maintain HRIS records and compile reports
- 401(K) administration
What we look for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or HR Management
- 2+ years in an HR Administration position
- Outstanding recruiting skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Benefits and Perks
We offer a base salary between $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year, depending on experience.
