- Work hours are Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm!
- $18 to $20 an hour based on experience!

Capital Business Systems is seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Fort Collins, Colorado location. The Administrative Assistant provides support to managers and other employees by handling a variety of administrative tasks. This position is fully in-office, with set hours beginning promptly at 8am.
Your Typical Day:
- Provide administrative support and handle administrative requests and queries from managers
- Organize and schedule appointments and deliveries
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Write and distribute email, memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Maintain existing filing system and provide efficiencies where identified
- Assist with booking travel arrangements
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients
- Coordinate branded product ordering, inventory, and distribution
Skills You Bring:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in an administrative role or equivalent required.
- High school diploma required. Associates degree preferred.
- Competent with the use of basic office equipment (copier, fax, phone, etc.)
- Proficient computer knowledge, skill, and ability with Microsoft Office products required.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Highly efficient in managing time, proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to conduct research, interpret data, and apply prioritization and strategic thinking to reach informed decisions and share recommendations.
